Pumpkin Patch and Pony Ride

Posted by The Burrow

Jett has had a couple of busy days. Sunday he went to his friend Abbey's birthday. They had a carnival. It was very cute. There was lots of carnival games, snow cones, and a popcorn machine. I think Jett's favorite part was the Pony Rides. They had a Pinata and Jett was actually the one that broke it open. He had a GREAT time. Today he had a field trip. We went to the Pumpkin and Berry Farm. We got to ride a wagon to a pumpkin patch where we picked out a pumpkin. We then went over and the children got to feed goats. They really liked the goats eating right out of their hands. After that we found our way out of a corn maze. It was great. At one point I lost Jett but fortunately he was with another parent too. After lunch we had fresh smoothies made from the fruit right off the farm. We had a great day.

I LOVE that you have a blog!
I feel like I am a little less disconnected.
*sigh*
I miss those "little years" when the kids would be delighted with pumpkin patches, goat feeding and pony ride.
Love,
Stacie

I'm still trying to figure out why girl next to Jett is in shorts and a tee shirt and Jett is in jeans and a hoodie with the hood UP. Were they in different climates and we just don't know it??

So I've asked my kids if they've brushed their teeth, put on deoderant, have their lunch BUT have you put on panties??? Those words have never left my lips. Seems to me that one would be an understood requirement to leave the house.
