This year for Kennedy's birthday, we did a life size version of the boardgame CLUE. I sent out invites to all the girls stating that they were needed for questioning. I gave them each a character they they needed to dress as. We changed out all the names to girls names so that none of them needed to be a boy. We based them each on a color. They were as follows. Ms. Ruby Scarlett (Kennedy, of course), Miss Honey Mustard, Miss Olivia Collard-Green, Ms Daisy White, Miss Petunia Peacock, Miss Fiona Peach, Miss Violetta Plum, and Miss Daphne Rose. They did a great job of it too! We changed our rooms in our house to be the rooms in the game. Todd has an amazing ability to make up riddles. They had to guess the answer to the riddle and that would tell them where the clue was. They each were given a clipboard at the beginning of the game so they then marked of that suspect and that weapon off their list. The first person to guess correctly , won the game.

They all dined on finger sandwiches, tarts, little jello cups etc. For Kennedy's birthday dessert she chose little chocolate pies. They were really cute. The girls drank sparkling cider out of plastic wine glasses and had hot chocolate served from my lovely tea set. Instead of cream and sugar, we had marshmellows and whipped cream. After the game and food were finished the girls promptly locked themselves in the library and dance like crazy people to no other than Justin Beiber.....sigh. It was a great time. The card to the left that kennedy is holding out of reach of her friends is covered in pictures of the heart throb...they kept trying to grab it. It was hilarious.
They had an awesome time and Kennedy was very happy!
